Generic Controller Model

If VIVE Wave™ runtime can’t find the assigned controller model, a generic controller model will be used. The generic controller model provides basic functionality to show the controller’s position, rotation, connection statuses, and button states.

Prefabs contains

• Generic_MC_L (left hand)
• Generic_MC_R (right hand)

All buttons are defined as

3DoF/6DoF

• Touch
• Menu

How to Use

The controller loader will automatically initialize the controller model. However, you can also directly drag the controller model to a scene without the controller loader.
